his is an introductory course in Numerical Computing. It covers various interesting topics including: computer number representations and round-off errors, root finding, approximation of functions, interpolation, differentiation, integration and solving initial value problems. This course is designed for university students but can be useful to anyone who’s interested in this topic.

You will be able by the end of this course to deter mine what numeric al techniqu e you want, what its limitatio ns are and how to imple ment it most effi ciently. MATLAB coding will be e mphasiz ed throu ghout the course as a weekly h omewor k on learned material.
Perfect lectures where the material was spoon-fed. I loved Mr. Shehab’s style of teaching. Watching the lectures before class with your professor ensures an acing grade on the course. I was hoping for MATlab content, but I handled that from class, other than that I definitely recommend this course to anyone that plans on taking math 251.
Mr. Shehab has saved me so much time, thanks to this course. Instead of watching hours long recordings, Mr. Shehab presents the concepts in bite-sized videos that are easy and straight to the point. His explanations are clear and unambiguous. I just would have preferred more MATLAB content, but aside from this I would highly recommend enrolling in this course!
